Some of you might show stuff like this when some giggling imbeciles laugh at you for being "a paranoid security maniac" (I know it happened to me before); those same imbeciles are probably the same people under control of these botnets, making life easy (and remunerative) for thieves and owners of childporn sites.
Obviously the research Patrick has done over the years has had an adverse effect on their business and this is their way of fighting back. How sad that they think bringing down his site will stop him. Conversely, this type of activity will more likely have just the opposite result.
