WTF? He says he owns the word "Castle"? Am I hearing that right?

Hey Stoller, I own the word "Stoller" and the word "idiot". You'll meet my lawyers: you're being both without my consent.

Gravatar Arggh. This kind of crap is so tiresome. Isn't there a legal measure available to prevent a multiple nuisance lawsuit instigator (and loser) from accessing the the law courts ever again? How many times does 'without merit' have to be used before this clown goes away for good?

Gravatar This reminds me of a slumlord here in BC who would constantly sue her tenants for the goofiest reasons, all without merit. She was eventually banned from accessing the court system. Good riddance.

Gravatar Kinda makes you wonder if the 'technology ' we're all trying to fight might be used against this Stroller 8-))
*Bad idea, bad, bad idea* *slap on the wrist* Really? Tempting, but yes, bad idea 8-))

Gravatar Perhaps someone should contact Stephen King about this so he can sue Stoller for the use of the word "Castle", as in Mr. King's "Castle Rock"?

Gravatar Since "CastleCops" is a superset of "Castle", why haven't the French sued Stoller for the implied ownership of "Castle" which is a superset of "Le" which means "the", and has been in use for centuries?

Stoller is taking the piss out of the legal system and must be stopped.

Gravatar Well, Mr. Stoller blogs about the "Google vs Central MFG" case where he reiterates that the term Google now seem to be a generic and descriptive word, and thus not subject to trademark protection...

Why doesn't someone just file a petition to cancel Mr. Stollers own frivilous trademarks on grounds of their highly generic and descriptiveness?

Gravatar You can't copyright a word that's been in the forking English language for a frooglepoopillion years!

Gravatar The Leo Stoller Truth Serum Blog is dedicated to exposing the REAL Leo Stoller. The courts have stated Leo Stoller's "lack of credibility is a matter of public record."
