I don't believe innovagest.com (aka innovagest.it) is actually the same company as the innovagest2000.com that is responsible for WinHound, AntiVirusPro etc.

You know the funny thing being. There "Satisfaction Guarantee" states the following:

I purchaced this program, thinking it was/is a defence product for my computer. So far I have been unable to access it. More than that, I bought it only because it was an annoying pop-up on my screen and could not get rid of it.

Because it has been unfriendly from the start, I would like to get rid of it and be refunded my money.

Robert -- you can use the free trial of CounterSpy to try and get rid of it. www.sunbelt-software.com/ As far as getting a refund, I can't help you there. Try and contact the PestCapture people to see what can be done.
