The courts have handed down contradicting opinions as to what's considered

I believe that Google will honor a request to stop advertisers from using trademarks in ad copy, but still allow bidding on trademarks.

Eh... why would a current anti-spyware user search for "Spysweeper"? Isn't it at least just as likely (if not more likely) that the searcher is a new anti-spyware buyer?
