Haven't they been doing this for a while?
I remember occasionally coming across form based emails that asked for a user to click on a button after submitting the details in the email.

Yes, the keyword is _occasionally_, but looking at the style on this one, I suspect it might be a new trend.

The other type I am worried about is Vishing. Quite a few times I have had emails with no links, but phone numbers to call to "verify paypal account"....quick call with skype reveals it is a full blown automatic system for stealing your passwords etc

It has been done before, yes, but I don't think it's very popular a thing to do. I hope this is because most users are clever enough not to fill in forms inside their emails - and that most mail agents wouldn't submit the forms either (or at least not without five flashing warnings)...
