I've used Snopes for a very long time, and I also use the Adblock Plus plugin with Firefox. I never once saw an ad or popup... Adblock Plus (or Adblock) is the only way to fly...

nice blogging, snopes pushing adware is particularly icky, given that it's an authority on hoaxes.
Have never been to Snopes before...went there with Opera 9.25 after reading yesterdays blog. Never saw any popups. But,now thanks to adverse publicity via this blog, things have changed for the better.
Nothing like a little justice via your peers to correct an annoying situation

typically it's trivial items... trivial enough that until i find out that
your site stops. i just wont visit or link to here any further.
