Virusheal.com is on 85.255.118.58 which is our old friend Inhoster. The entire 85.255.112.0 - 85.255.127.255 range is included in the Spamhaus DROP list http://www.spamhaus.org/drop/index.lasso as "do not route or peer" - in other words the whole /20 netblock is bad and should be blocked.
