Get the military in there, trained to deal with non threatening issues such as these and they know if they step over the line they are out, whereas the police seem to have free reign to behave however they like.

Does someone manually control the camera watching events? Because i couldn't help but notice at that the exact point someone is apparently slamming her head on the desk, the camera jerks up for a second or two, handily missing the head-slam.
Seems like extreme thuggery at its worst.

What a huge load of crap. She needs to follow the rules and shut her damn pie hole. She's just another ugly American who feels above the rules and is now looking forward to her $10m payday. Who are you to Monday morning quarterback the TSA and police? I say good for them!

I see an office pointing to a chair behind the woman for several seconds before they did anything to her. It also looks like the woman grabs for something before they pull her away from the table. I also don't see them throwing her to the ground but her falling.
Everything can be seen in multiple ways. Some people will see abuse, others will see a woman not following instructions of law enforment personnel.
I think she wouldn't have had any problems if she treated the officers like she wants to be treated. She doesn't argue that the police reports of her raising her voice and became uncooperative are untrue. I think this is just a money grab on her part.

If Police forces across the world need training in how to handle agitated air passengers, then please come over to the UK...where the officers will not flinch (let alone tackle you) until you are waving a gun or shouting that you are bin laden. There are ways to handle people who are on long journeys, probably tired and agitated. Tackling them and getting 3 big men to restrain them is not one of them.

The story I heard was that she was upset they were wrinkling her clothes.
I also read that she was asking for 10 million.
We'll never know the real story.
I did notice that Bausch & Lomb has a Contact lens kit which is specifically designed to be TSA compliant. If you know anyone with lens you might let them know.

You saw it right Pape, someone must have been in control of the cam when they heard the agitation...
You can't have it both ways... those who claim cams are for security reasons should let them be untampered...
