As "bizarre" as the headline is, it does not quite match the content of the story. More accurately: "Some online searches can infect your computer!" because they lead to websites that are more likely to infect your computer with malware than other websites are likely to do that. Or so says the advisory by McAfee from which the story is derived. They could be right.
Of course, the point was the headline, not the content.
If I have to explain every piece of irony and humor on this blog, it would certainly be easier for some to understand, but not very interesting.
My apologies, Alex. Sometimes irony and humor can be difficult to express, as well as to recognize. What I meant to say that the headline is all the more bizarre because it does not match the content of the story. ....
