Im really confused about these sort of spam, do these companies actaully exsist and are they just randomally selected?

The Spammer buys some shares of these penny stocks, advertize them in a spam run and when the stock is raising, the spammer sells.
We saw the new spam image yesterday too. I think many people could fell into it and buys 
Got some already at my email address.
This spam pisses me off every time I see it in my Bulk!
