Inhoster + Estdomains = Trouble

With all the fuss over the RBN recently, I haven't heard much about Inhoster, but it's pretty much the same sort of operation as RBN, listed on the Spamhaus DROP list too - http://www.spamhaus.org/drop/ - basically it's block-on-sight traffic.

I thought Inhoster was a city in Ukraine! Man, that dumb of me. So, is this new fake an original, or a clone of one of our old friends (E.G. SpyAxe)? Shouldn't someone sue EstDomains and similar hosts?
