The war on drugs is one of the most communist idologies at work in society. Anything that makes it harder to prosecute, like this decision, is a good thing.
Whatever helps breed anarchy in schools has to be a good thing, I guess.
Sorry Bob, can't agree with you. I wouldn't much care if some drugs where legalized, but this kid was in high school and deserved the charge.
He's just lucky liberals get blinded by "poor little Johnny syndrome", and can't grasp simple concepts like life lessons.
Random search of a high school for drugs was not justified as a reasonable search says Supreme Court. I suggest finding illegal drugs at a high school on any given day is a virtual certainty. The judges need to get out more.
