Count me in too. In my first 30 day challenge I want to get clever with my diary - having it with me, keeping it up to date, referring to it regularly and remembering to diary-sync with my significant-other.

Count me in ( though a bit late). I have recently snapped my achillies tendon so keeping up with fitness will be a no go, I can barely get out of bed to the lounge ! But I will ( notice that word "will") take on getting my healthy eating on track. No more nibbles after hours, and no alcohol during the week.
