"say one thing and mean another"? Here in the U.S.A., when Bush says "Healthy Forests" we know he means "No Trees". When he says "No child left Behind", we know he means "No test results left un-fudged". When he says "Ownership Society" we know he means that he has squandered our Social Security on his rich pals and oil wars.
