Looks like internet addiction runs globally. I'm glad you enjoyed the progress bar. It can be of help, to inspire and motivate to write more. I hope it works for you.

If you want to write like in NaNoWriMo (50,000 words/month), I recommend the book "No Plot? No Problem!" I have enjoyed it.
