There would have to be a big oil refinery somewhere if it was Billings. Ah, the delicious smell of Billings...
When they took out the mortgage on the place, it listed for $300.00. But even as the dust bowl carried all the vegetation away, and dropped the estimated value to $1.75, the adjustable rate had them paying $150.00 a month.
They left the keys in the shithouse door (not visible in photograph).
