Thanks, Mrs. Blessed, but the best post I ever saw was the vivisection you performed on "June Gordon" over at Majority Rights.

jlh, you are too kind. I was too harsh with June Gordon. The fact of the matter is that I worked with plenty of women like her, and it was looking into their faces and seeing my future that turned me into the "Stepford Wife" you see before you.
Seriously, your post is pretty much the definitive word on the issue, and should serve as an FAQ for those of us who have to answer the same questions over and over. Thank you so much for creating it.

Thanks again. I got a lot of it from studying the arguments of many of our kinist associates.
Your insights gleaned from working with the June Gordons reminds me of my own experience. I'm a graduate of one of the country's leading journalism schools, and I was a newspaper copy editor for about 10 years. Of course I'm out of the business now ... you couldn't write what I write and have a job in journalism. I used to argue a lot with my colleagues over matters of news judgment, bias and the like and was known as the house "crank." Finally I quit, but the experience gave me a lot of valuable insight into how liberals and leftists think. I was able to listen to these people think out loud every day as they revealed their basic assumptions and defended their views. One incident stands out. One of my colleagues, an idealistic young female reporter, was brutally raped and beaten by a black man who broke into her apartment in the middle of the night. She told me maybe a month after it happened that she would really like to be able to hate the guy, but she couldn't because he was black. In other words, in her world, her rapist was just acting out deterministically a justifiable rage against whites, and as such, was not morally culpable. Exactly to the extent that the criminal misbehaved was proof of how victimized he was. Because the attack was a just reaction to historical victimization, my friend, the victim, was revealed as the true oppressor, and thus needed to be reformed herself. She understood from this that there was so much more to do to alleviate the tragic effects of racism, etc. This is where I understood that these liberals were actually insane, and that they were reasoning from marxian principles and had no way of arriving at any sound conclusion to any issue. Fifteen years later this woman is still involved in all the usual vapid "peace" and "justice" movement stuff. Sad, except this is the generation in power now. Our only hope is that maybe a remnant will survive with common sense when "progress" finally comes to a halt.

jlh, your post made my soul shudder. I have to say what jumps out at me is the complete and utter refusal of so many leftists to see non-Whites as rational actors on their own behalf. They only see them as proxies-- mirrors reflecting the ugliness of their own souls. It is the ultimate in narcissism. "Everything these poor savages do is in reaction to me, me, me!" Astounding.

Mrs. B, you make a great point about the narcissism. It really is something to be on guard against as none of us is immune to evil. By the way, I have updated my post to include the link you suggested. Many thanks, jlh
