One other possibility, Mrs. Blessed...
The Scottish Gaelic word for Scotland is "Alba," pronounced "AHL-uh-pah." So you might describe yourself as an Albaphile or even an Albaist (which sounds nicely like "Oliver Twist," if you say it quickly).

Scorebored, that is great, thank you! The ending -phile is Greek, and I haven't been able to track down the Greek term for Scotland (if there is one). Of course, I am not working hard at it. I think it is interesting that no one else has yet done this.
I am in the middle of _Albion's Seed_, so perhaps Fischer will shed some light on this once he gets to the Scots in America.
It is great to *see* you!

It's great to "see" you, too, sister. I was very pleased to see you blogging again. Never underestimate how much enjoyment you provide for your readers.
I just looked up "Albion's Seed." Looks very interesting. Perhaps you might review it if you have the time, somewhere down the road...?

On googlewhacking:
That's exactly how the techies used to spend their time during the dot com boom, while waiting for their stock options to vest. I just never knew there was a word for it.
