Sounds like Dan's Book is something I'd enjoy indeed
I've actually been thinking about that very thing - how you'd be able to continue the blog and let your readers know about the book. You'll have to cross that bridge when (not if!) you come to it!!
Good read: Three Weeks with My Brother by Nicholas and Micah Sparks. I think you'd like it. No steamy sex (awwh) but a pretty inspiring story about getting published, in its own way...and a real tear jerker...I read it in public (in airports) and I had to fight back tears more than once. I never knew Nicholas Sparks' history, just that he wrote books that became sappy girl movies 
Oh man! I HOPE Dan becomes super author and we can read tons of gossip about you and see you all on TMZ. I would always get to say...I read them when....

Plus, I would love the pics of you getting out of the car and trying to see if you are wearing panties. PLUS, maybe TMZ can catch you and Dan making out in your car and you can be all like..you know, put off, like you your horrified and Dan can punch the camera guy...

On the other hand, those that already love you both (in a weird internet friendship kind of way) will love you from afar in a healthy, non-stalker way if you choose to share or not. It is what it is.
As much as i love well written lustfull stories I prefer ur honesty and the way u write and wouldnt want to lose that eaither. Call me greedy.
Please do what u are comfortable with..
Maybe dan will write some short stories on his blog or st (i think he did once n it was hawt...well a girl can dream cant she)

Gosh, as much as I'd LOVE LOVE LOVE to read a steamy book by Dan, I sure would hate to lose you guys here and the honesty that you give us. Maybe you could do an 'Amber's favorite steamy books" and slip that one in with no fanfare?

Grace, ahahaha! You know I'd get caught wearing no underwear since I, uh...don't really! LOL! And I love the idea of Dan punching the paps! I hate them! I honest to god would never miss all the candid pictures I see of celebs online; I really wouldn't. I don't mind seeing them when they are purposely trying to have their pic taken, like at events but in their private lives? Jesus, everyone deserves the privacy of going shopping without being followed and interfered with.
Elizabeth, yes, but how to separate the healthy non-stalkers from the unhealthy stalkers? lol! That's the problem.
G I would love it if Dan would write some fiction for his blog! Right now I'm dying to read what he's written so far for his book.
But if he starts writing fiction for the blog, then he isn't writing for the book so...I'm afraid there won't be much writing except diary-type stuff.
Johan & G, as far as our blogs go, Dan tells me that getting a book published is a lengthy process and will take at least a couple of years. He hasn't even finished the book yet, for one thing, for another, once it's finished he'll have to shop it around and that takes a lot of time and effort. He has to send over a couple of chapters, those have to be approved, then a couple more chapters, hopefully that's approved too, then at some point he gets a contract and an advance and blah blah, anyway *when* (positive thinking) when he gets published, it's going to be a good two years or so from now.
So you'll have us for a while yet at least. 
Jules, you must've been commenting at the same time I was; that's a good idea, we'll see. I already thought I might do something like that. heh
We've had a psychotic stalker in our lives and let me tell you I wouldn't wish those sickos on ANYONE! Much less, someone I like.
That is why I say, we'll love 'ya either way. Just do what makes you comfortable and nothing more. Really.
