i gotta say, even though i know jordin is your girl and i would never stomp on another girl's territory, i thought she sucked ass tonight. to my ears, it started out wobbly just as you said, but it got downright quaky in the middle and then seismically shaky towards the end. the judges were crazy like monkeys flinging poo about how unbelievably terrific she was... but i just wasn't feelin' it, dawg. yo, yo.
but i have this sneaking suspicion that little miss sparks just might be our next american idol.

it's amazing how mediocre everybody sounded tonight without sanjaya stinking up the show, making everybody else sound like pavarotti by comparison.
I agree with you about jordin, melissa mcgee. I also dig you and want to be your best friend. But that's neither here nor there.
I can't believe Jordin even attempted that song! I think considering the undertaking, she did okay but I wasn't getting all hot and bothered by her performance like in weeks past.
This weeks sucks. I hate being nice. I can't wait to resume being a bitch next week. I really can't.

A friend called me this week right after Chris Richardson's performance and I missed the rest of the show. Later, I realized that I really didn't care- this season is so fucking boring.
This realization made me sad, however, because AI has always been such a guilty pleasure. It's like not loving pizza anymore- better for me in the long run, but man...pizza...you were always there for me, pizza, and where are you now? Where has the thrill gone? I thought you loved me and we had fun together and I don't-----

I laughed when I read that Blake has "old man mouth". I have liked Blake for the most part, but it's starting to become monotonous and even my boyfriend Rick said he couldn't stand the way he moved his mouth when he watched him sing. So I'm glad someone actually found a good description for it; because it was truly bugging me too. Also, I am sick of LaKisha trying to sing past Idol songs...it didn't work before, it's not going to work. Get the hint. I fear she may be going home tonight.
Blake's my boy... I appreciate his efforts in taking music and putting his touch on it. Sometimes it works out well, sometimes not. But at least he tries to be himself. That said, his closeups always make me think of a young Thurston Howell III (Gilligan's Island).
Melinda's my gal... and while I think she has the best vocals of the lot, I can't help but think of Gilbert Gottfreid when I see her.
I think Jordin will probably win at this point. Her vocals are good enough and she has "the look" which will easily sell to a public looking to oogle over an "american idol".
Well at this point of watching the show; the results are upon us and the Celine duet was just creepy. That's the only word for it. And if Phil and LaKisha are safe, I just don't know what to think.
Nevermind. They all get to stay. I'm stupid.. I should have known.
