what a shitty season... and i'm on drugs, even. seriously, this was so completely anti-climactic tonight, it felt like an elimination round, not the grande finale. jordin didn't shed a single tear, nor was she otherwise emotional in any way. where was all the fanfare? the cinfetti? the rediclous pageantry??? weird. i'm pretty fed up with the whole franchise after this craptacular season. the one and only good thing about american idol any more is your blog, americam midol. that's my whole inspiration to keep breathing.

Also? Chris Sligh cannot dance. Gina Glocksen got a BAD BAD haircut and I cannot believe that The AI Powers That Be expect me to believe that anyone voted for that craptastic ballad that won the songwriting contest.
I don't like when shows run over the tivo setting. Missed the whole end. I'll have to check youtube tomorrow!
