Perhaps the entire nation of China thought that Rosie's "imitation" of what their language sounds like (a never-ending chorus of "ching chong ching chong") was also cruel.

Jordin Sparks has a great chance to win. Absolutely. No question. However, the guy with the twin sister has the best voice so far. Jordin's is terriffic (no Jenniffer Hudson for me) but his...his is magical.
I agree that is was cruel, but I have to say, no more than any other season. As a matter of fact, the two pals (the guy that had the Justin moves and his friend he met in line) could have been true disasters.
Simon was very cruel to the first guy, calling him a monkey, but to his friend (who I think sang "God Bless America") he was very kind. He said "no" gently, and then sent him on his way. And even said:
"You know, I like you."
The other people who had the ego problems and the whiney attitude...I'm sorry...I have no sympathy for.
I was recently at an audition where the woman from a really big Network said to the chick I was reading with:
"You're great. How fat are you?"
And she wasn't even singing.
OMG, Alex! On one hand, I have no trouble believing the "How fat are you?" statement but sweet Jesus! How can that woman live with herself?!?
I watched the rest of the show last night and I felt that Simon was out of line with the monkey remark but I think Randy and Paula, in particular, were far worse their laughter, back-turning and ridiculous gestures. But agreed, no worse than any other season. I think the producers are just showing us more of it for ratings. Like they need them...
Yeah. Absolutely.
And lemme just say that Paula couldn't be MORE drunk. Like, what the heck is in the huge gallon of "Coke"?
