There has to be a reason for an audience. There was for the last one: to inform Fr. C of the nullification of the Legion's private vows.

Dear American Papist,
My brother has been a member of RC for ten years. He has nothing but positive things to say about the LC and RC. Nice post.

The Legion and Regnum Christi's unconditional loyalty to the pope is of course a good thing, but certainly nothing new - it's a central part of their spirituality.

The Legion's claim of "unconditional loyalty" to the Pope may be B16's only tool to reform them. It's rather ironic, since the LC's primary goal of formation is to believe that everything they say/do is from God and must be accepted, believed and obeyed, as coming from God himself.
The slick leadership at the top may find themselves in an unusual bind, now that the master of deceit is dead, which path will they choose to follow?

That is interesting as the last time was to tell Alvaro of the nullification of the private vows and other changes to the LC rules. Maybe soon we will see more changes.
