um, was there anything at all in this post that implied I take pleasure in the misfortunes of the Orthodox church?

Besides being simply important news, some people (in the article itself) are already charecterizing the reaction of the Orthodox heirarchy as "Cardinal-Law like."

I personally like hearing about these comparisons in print before they are made directly to me...
