Uhm, as I know this guy (Fang Xingyao),whatever he says doesn't count at all. If Mr. Liu Bainian(some people call him "Chines pope") says something, it will be counted.
And regarding on Laura's comment, as an underground cothalic I don't think the Chinese authority will arrest him. Because if they do, that will make big problem for the government.

Hope it improves relations. Have the Chinese authorities managed to refer to our Holy Father as Pope Benedict XVI yet? They were quite stubbornly referring to "Joseph Ratzinger" with no other distinguishing title when he got elected.
