Did anybody else notice how the Cardinal put the emphasis on "the WHOLE country"??? Could that mean anything?

well, considering that the Cardinal's words were probably translated, your point might not be invalid.

Cardinal Nicholas has elsewhere stroken strongly against the division in Korea and hinted that the Pope won't visit either of them until their differences are sorted (if I remember correctly).

wyd 2011 will take place in Madrid, the WYS has been celebrated in europe-outside europe each time, so its time to Madrid, i think Korea could host 2014 WYD
