Congrats and may you evolve higher. Though once you are a Large Mammal it is pretty hard to move up since I covers a prettly large block.

I hadn't looked at mine in awhile and saw that I was now #126, though still a large mammal. Of course so is Amy Welborn. The only one in St. Blogs to have evolved higher is The (well deserved) Anchoress.

Cacciaguida - I'm not sure what the real "advantages" are. It's a fun little way to keep track of your blog's progress, plus it motives me (and others) to take the time to add other people to our blogrolls.

In that sense it fosters community, especially among Catholic bloggers. For those reason I think it's a good thing. I remember being very happy when my blog became a "Flippery Fish" - I couldn't imagine getting any higher! ;)
