exLC, we are all growing tired of your condemnations of the Legionaries.

It remains that the judgment brought down on Maciel is ambiguous. We can all accept that he should probably focus on the fate of his soul at this point.

However, you are refusing to accept the Holy Father's praise and continued support of the Legionaries. The announcement is clear that this is in no way an indictment of the Legionaries.

The conspiracy theorists, dissenters, and unhappy ex-members at Regain Network should be avoided at all costs. They are yet another depressed group of unhappy Catholics who hide behind a veil of support for victims of abuse. They claim to be orthodox supporters of the Church. They cry out in feeble, whiny voices that the Legionaries are a cult. However, even a casual glance at their website reveals that they lack even a basic understanding of the commitment necessary to live out one’s vocation. Their idea of faith is paper thin: to go to church on Sunday.
