O Lord we thank Thee for this, from Thy gracious hand, which once delivered Israel's sons from the hands of their enemies.
Ad multos, plurimosque annos, Bishop Carlson! I can't wait to see the letter, and have tears in my eyes even now.

O Lord, please send Dallas a good bishop, like the ones You have been handing out recently, when Grahmann retires next month. Please, Lord. Keep 'em coming.

We could use a copy of that directive in the Archdiocese of St. Paul/Minneapolis!

This sounds very similar to what happened in Colorado Springs when bishop Sheridan arrived.

Not that I'm optimistic, but perhaps Archbishop Wuerl could take some inspiration from Bishop Carlson.

The Archdiocese of Louisville, KY could use some of that mojo. Our dear local ordinary faxes his resignation on 14 July, and the burlap-and-butterfly types are a-holdin' their breath. (Sadly, many of them are priests...)
O, that Jerusalem might be restored to her former glory!

We need a new Bishop in St. Cloud. The 1960's are still alive and well here. THe bishop violated Canon Law, and can't make a decision. He lied to the faithful too. It is time to just kick the entire crowd out...his health is not too good, but there is hope. New Ulm is recovering after 25 years of heresy, so there is hope. Saginaw had to have a bishop now...Bishop Eutener is probably rotting in hell for promoting heresy. Remember what St. Francis de Sales said, "The skulls of bishops line the floors of hell."
