One can only hope that the UN will give appropriate and sufficient charter to the peacekeeping force. Maybe this time the ROEs will allow the force to find and destroy the elements of Hizbullah that the Israelis did not. Of course, the last time I remember the UN granting sufficient charter for a force was Desert Storm - that doesn't exactly give us good odds. I'm not holding my breath on this one, sadly.
