I found that in sueddeutsche.de (south german newspaper), but I don't know where exactly photo was taken. It seemed to be in Altoetting or Marktl.

Well, I hope good Benedict lives long enough; I do agree, making it to 105 is doubtful. All the same, let's not start pulling out the funeral wreaths yet! Benedict may be old, but in good health; let's pray he and his brother may enough life a while longer. Didn't someone say the papacy is agreeing with our good Pope; he's looking better? Can't wait to see him in a Tyrolean hat, that will just be the cat's whiskers!

It is perfectly reasonable for BXVI not to be able to see ahead to his next Bavarian visit. He's not making hugely long-range plans, and another trip to Bavaria would be a long-range plan. (How often did JPII go to Poland?) So let's just pray that he lives long enough to leave his mark on the papacy (and, Deo volente, see Bavaria again). He may curtail his travelling seriously after Brazil, which might deny Australia the pleasure of his company in 2008, but the flight from Rome to Sydney is something that no sane overweight octogenarian with a heart condition should be taking lightly, anyway. I'd rather see him alive for many years in Rome than dead in the air.

The photo was taken in Altoetting.
bayrische Rundfunk has lots of photos of him. I watched their live streaming during the visit to Altoetting. It was among several gifts from Altoetting. The Oberbuergermeister really looks like one, too.
His lecture at the University of Regensburg was fantastic. You all will need to get a copy of it. I was glad not to be translating it. All the professors gave him a standing ovation. Can you imagine Pope Benedikt coming to give a lecture to the professors at UM over in Rackham Auditorium and getting a standing ovation? The Pope sat on a velvet,gilt-covered baroque chair. along with two bishops and the rector of the University.
