Classic 2D animation. I thought it had gone downhill, too. They'll have to work hard to make it as funny as it used to be.

I do hope it doesn't suck. I am definitely a Simpson's fan though last Sunday's was one of the unfunniest. A day after Veteran's day they decided to bash the military with old stereotypes of only stupid people joining. I usually enjoy the Simpsons since they take shots at all side and that episode was pretty much one sided and could have been written by John Kerry.

I haven't watched a new episode of the simpsons in a couple years. I've heard it's gone downhill since when I last watched it regularly. Hopefully the movie rallies.

Well, if this trailer is any indication, they have a lot of work to do to make it even somewhat humorous. Production on the show really should have stopped sometime around 2000-2001. I've barely cracked a smile the few times I've bothered to watch since then (syndicated re-runs excepted).
