Best wishes for a peaceful and happy Christmas vacation!

Gravatar Best wishes for a peaceful Christmas. Thanks for the work

Gravatar Have a Merry Christmas!

Gravatar So you're abandoning us again? :(

And what's "maranatha"...?

Gravatar Nutcrazical,

It was once the name of a boy's reform school in my hometown. Maybe that'll tell you something. Then again, maybe not. I forgot...why am I posting this?

Gravatar Don't forget Archbishop Burke on December 30th at Assumption Grotto.

This is free and while it is for Marian Catechists all are welcome. Bring a bag lunch.

It would be nice for the good Archbishop to have a decent showing for the Fr. John A. Hardon rememberance.

Gravatar Well, at least unlike Gerald, you understand the value of spending time and celebrating with family and friends during holiday breaks instead of taking time away from them to blog!

Gravatar You're kidding ... 'maranatha' - check out Revelations - "Come, Lord Jesus!"

Gravatar Wishing you and your family a Blessed Christmas and a grace-filled New Year!

Gravatar Peace and blessings and a most holy Christmas to you and yours. But what will I do without my PPOTD fix? A whole mackerel and a big bowl of cream to Chico the Papal Cat!

Gravatar Blessed Christmas!

Gravatar How were finals?
Merry Christmas!

Gravatar Sporadic or not at all?

Gravatar That's exactly what I was wondering, Brigid. I'm feeling a whole lot like that cardinal from the Dec-20th PPOTD :(

Gravatar Now, now. Patience people. Just think how much time could be spent in adoration if there are no blog updates. ;)

I'm sure Thomas will be back when he's ready. If he is getting himself recharged - spiritually, physically, and emotionally (especially after finals - I know how that goes!!!), we need to leave him in his recharging unit for a time. Until then, pick up a good spiritual book, curl up on the couch and enjoy!!!

Blogging can be very time-intensive and it's good to let go for a little while. Otherwise, it is easy for the blog to become an obstacle to spiritual development - something we all need - as opposed to an aid.

Every blogger should take a week or so away a few times yearly. If it's a good blog and if God wills it, people will be back.

Now, if I could only follow my own intuition. :o
