Why can't he be a priest on the run for protesting an abortion mill?
The priests who have gotten in legal trouble protesting abortion mills have, to my limited knowledge, let themselves be arrested, in order to show that they are not fugitives with no respect for law, but protestors fighting a terrible injustice.
