While I'm sure it is far too nuanced for what you intended for the post:
The actual oldest is 102.23 years being ordained "only" 76 years. The second oldest is 102.02 being ordained just under 80 years.

Side note: The oldest 'active bishop: Bishop Francis Hong Yong-ho of the Diocese of P'young-yang has been 'missing' since being abducted by the communists in 1949. His diocese has been run by administrators ever since, his title remaining as an act of respect for the man and in defiance to the act. It's a gesture by the Holy See to point to the tragedy that the Church in Korea has suffered and is still going through.
