Gravatar The only movie I have seen is Prince Caspian, which was pretty well done. The wife and I hate going to movie theaters, especially in this area where it seems almost impossible to go without having talkative teenage kids in your ears at all times.

I do have interest in seeing the movies you listed, especially The Dark Knight. Wall E. looks like it could be hit or miss, and Hancock at least seems like it has a unique setup.

Gravatar So, what's on your movie radar this summer?

I will see TDK and Wall*E. I may see the others you mentioned, and one or two more, if they turn out to be good.

Gravatar LOL!!!!

Love the comment you made in the movies!

I'm looking forward to Hancock, Wall*E and Dark Knight (!), but also looking forward to Austrailia and Miracle at St. Anne's and because I can be shallow as well. High School Musical 3.

Gravatar The Dark Knight is a definite. I've never had higher expectations for a movie, and I'll be stunned if they're not met. In fact, I believe they'll be surpassed. I may see Hancock since I like Will Smith, and after that I'm looking forward to Pineapple Express in August. I laugh every time I see the trailer.

Gravatar The Dark Knight for certain. I saw Ironman and liked it for the most part. I have no intention of seeing "E.T. meets Short Circuit" (otherwise known as Wall.E). Hancock looks like it could be a different twist on a superhero movie, and I generally like Will Smith's movies.

Gravatar Sean,

I have no intention of seeing "E.T. meets Short Circuit" (otherwise known as Wall.E)

:-) E.T., as is obvious by his name, wasn't from Earth. Wall*E is made by Earthlings.

Moreover, Wall*E is a good film, from everything I've heard. Rotten Tomatoes has given it a 96% fresh rating, and some of the most trustworthy (IMO) critics I know of love it.

Gravatar Hey! Don't knock Hellboy... he's awesome... and Catholic, well, at least his dad was.

Gravatar It's not a summer movie, but I just saw the trailer for the new James Bond movie, Quantum of Solstice, and it looks awesome on every level. Daniel Craig is the perfect 007, just like Bale is the perfect Batman. November 7 now seems like a long time away.

Gravatar Yeah, uh, I completely blew the name of the movie. It's Quantum of Solace, not Solstice. I hate the summer! :)
