Gravatar Kidding aside, there are a number of Bostonians that are furious the pope isn't coming to visit. The "Hub-centric" mindset truly amazes me.

Gravatar I'm from the great and glorious Commonwealth myself, and I have to say that Bostonians and those of us in Massachusetts aren't enraged or in a fury that the Holy Father isn't coming to Boston.

I am disappointed that he's not, as I think it would be good for him to visit Boston; I think he'd bring a certain amount of healing along with him. Even if he never addressed the scandal, his presence would say more than the bishops have, which is next to nothing.
