I question whether or not this is a "last" stand. The other day, a pundit calculated that Obama would need to win 85% of the remaining primary delegates to sew up the nomination. Since none of the remaining primaries is winner-take-all, that would seem to be unlikely. A brokered convention is a distinct possibility. I would guess that team Clinton is already working on backroom deals with John Edwards and the uncommitted delegates. It should be fun watching the fur fly at the convention.
Agreed bill. While it is a guilty pleasure watching the Clintons circle the drain, I remember the zombie-movie rule: they can never be so dead (politically of course) that we can turn our backs on the corpses.
