One thought (and I know it MIGHT be too late to stop this trend, but): I really think we need to reserve the word "creation" for ex nihilo productions. Predicated most properly of God, we might yet say humans "create" ideas, but surely nothing physical.
For "creation", try saying "development", "manipulation",or even "concoction", and you begin to see the accuracy, and advocacy, advantages of the suggestion.
Nicely done, Thomas. And EP, I agree. The importance of "language," and not just "spin" cannot be stressed enough. As you well know, the pro-ESCR folks have long figured this out. "If we call it something else, then it will be ok."
Good post. Just on the basis of the fact that this is a “monstrous act which is against human dignity" says it all for me.
