My lefty pastor printed "Father" McBrien's guidance on voting in the Sunday bulletin, essentially saying it's ok to vote for Abortion King. I sent the bulletin to the local bishop with my comments. I'll let you know if I ever receive a response. Tom
ps: I put $0 into the collection that day.

A solid majority? Hmmm.
A "solid plurality", maybe, but only a bare majority.
I blame 40 years of vitiated catechesis, positive obfuscation from hitherto well-regarded intellectuals such as Kmiec, and, oh yes, Original Sin, whose stain is wiped away by Baptism, but whose debilitations perdure.
Exaudi nos, Domine.

Don't trust Gallup. I don't trust any of the polls now, as many of them are owned by Big Media.

The IBD poll has had McCain consistently ahead and building his lead among Catholics for the last several days. This may get him Ohio and PA -- especially if the coal bankruptcy story also gets out there.
fhinHouston, you out there? How are you reading the RCP poll averages?
