Of my four children, the oldest daughter was born on the anniversary date of STM's execution, my son is named for him, and another daughter was born on his birthday!

Take it easy now, Christopher. We have two strong admirers of the Acton Institute--and First Things for that matter--over at Vox Nova.

Now I have my own reasons why I believe the Acton Institute has a very distorted view of the compatability between the free market and the Christian ethos, and I unabashedly submit that many of its associates promote a fundamental view of liberty, which engenders their politico-economic worldviews, that is at its very roots opposed to Christianity anthropology and morality. But that's another matter...
