I found the t-shirt:
http://www.kultic.com/m5-cicero.html
from what I can tell it's a ladies t-shirt but I'm sure it can be had in mens sizes.

maybe, I remember reading in a magazine somewhere he had a struggle with depression and Mel Gibson helped him through it, so maybe he converted/reverted/awakened in his faith?

I wouldn't be too quick to buy from Cicero; they also promote the Animal Liberation Front:

Here is the Animal Liberation Front's statement on "Abortion vs. Animal Rights":

Anonymous: He went through a really hard time with drugs and women in the past, and it seemed like his career was in the tubes, but he's cleaned himself up and seems to have his life together again. Nobody's perfect. Who's to say he didn't convert after all the mess he went through? It's a possibility.

Wikipedia says something about him holding to a Jewish-Buddhist religious outlook.

It seems that he's still seeking. But apparently he's seeking pretty persistently in the same direction. :)

It seems he finds blasphemy and sacrilege acceptable.
From a review of his latest movie...
"If you go see Tropic Thunder this weekend, don't be late. The four fake ads that open the movie are perhaps the apex of its considerable comic invention. After a sleazy pitch for an energy drink called Alpa Chino's Booty Sweat, we're treated, or subjected, to trailers for three abysmal-looking upcoming movies titled Scorcher VI: Global Meltdown, The Fatties: Fart 2, and Satan's Alley (that last being a kind of medieval remake of Brokeback Mountain, in which closeted monks played by Robert Downey Jr. and Tobey Maguire furtively fondle each other's rosaries)."
