I can't get over how beautifully light and "floaty" the CUA altar looked. It actually looks almost like one of the old "shelf" altars pushed against the wall, in your picture without anyone behind it.

Kudos to the designers and the master furniture maker!

The roof over the altar left a lot to be desired. Not much thought went into it. The World Youth Day cover, designed by my hubbie's Doktorvater had a little class to it at least.
