Facebook took away my name Deacon but I wrote to them and it was restored. Maybe it's a computer doing it and not anti-religious?

I think the move is being explained by Facebook as preventing identity fraud, i.e. I can't make an account as "Fr. Mark Fitzsimmons" if I'm not really a priest.
The "Rev." and "Dr." thing is a little more difficult to make sense of... Although, "Rev." is still an acceptable written title. "Most Rev.", "Very Rev.", etc.

Ironically, as Ellie said, he said he wouldn't add him as a friend, but that's WHY he couldn't post on the wall. He wasn't rejected because of the words.
