If they pray to "Allah," they are praying to the fallen spirit of the moon god of Arabia. There is absolutely no way that God is the same as "Allah." Roy Schoeman explains this fact very well in his Salvation Is from the Jews published by Ignatius.

Muslims worship a fallen angel that is violent, sensual, and full of hatred towards Christians and Jews. There is absolutely no way that God would have revealed Himself to Mohammed after Christ had set up the Church.

What we have here is a liberal bishop telling Catholics to worship a false god.
