Gravatar ....Sayd of Iraq? Whoot!

Gravatar When did he leave Lost !?!

Gravatar What an awesome sight!

Gravatar Nice.

Gravatar This article is getting me excited for my ordination to priesthood.

Gravatar Watched this during the afternoon, most moving. Pope Benedict gave each young priest a needed blessing, God be with them.

Gravatar Frankly it would be a welcome thing for the Pope to hold ordinations at least monthly... Honestly, weekly would be more joyful still.

Thank you Holy Father.

Gravatar Congratulations to these young priests! They are in my prayers for a long, happy, and successful ministry in the Lord's vineyard!

Gravatar Father Jarjis Robert Sayd & Mar Bawai Soro At The Vatican: Hope, Defiance, Unity « The Black Cordelias

No one is mentioning that Mar Bawai - a bishop from the Church of the East - was also in attendence sitting prominently with the Chaldean bishops that he petitioned Rome to unite with...

Gravatar That's a great move for Mar Bawai. The Christian Church in Iraq (Catholic and Assyrian) has to be united in opposition to its forced extinction by the current Islamic government in Iraq. Two thousand years of Christianity are being wiped out under our occupation of the country.

Gravatar You got that right!

As it stands, however, Mar Bawai and his parishes largely are in America along the West Coast.

Apparently, you're not familiar with the actions of the *non*-terrorists in that country.

The same murderous terrorists are preying on everyone-- lacking Jews, they go for the Christians; when they finish with the Christians, they go for Muslims.

Gravatar "Apparently, you're not familiar with the actions of the *non*-terrorists in that country."

Or we are aware, and it is too little, near too late in some instances.
