What I find ironic in the whole condom thing is that many men don't want to wear them anyway. They can hand them out by the truckload but just how many are going to actually be used? No matter what your position we can all agree that a condom does not do anything if it's just left in one's pocket--it's not a magic charm, people.
You could always make them into balloons?

I would arm myself with string rosaries (those you can hand make) so that when these goof balls approach me with a condom I would hand them a rosary instead and tell them "This is how I express My Love". How about that for an apostolic opportunity? Those rosaries are easy to make, and can be done while waiting at the airport, flying on the plane, waiting in line.
