It worked for GWB in '01- to find his burned-out GOP governor pals and entice them to Washington. How the incredibly inept Christie Todd Whitman wound up at EPA. Our PA Governor Ed Rendell might wind up as Energy Secretary. Although in the job interview, he might have to downplay the fact that he's been a big advocate of coal production- our state has more of it than any other place in the world. Seems that The Boss doesn't like coal.
As for Pro-Abort Catholic Governor leaving Kansas for The Land of Oz- ho and hum. Might be her reward for being snubbed as VP in favor of the lovely and talented Joe Biden.

This bad. This woman has been horrible in Kansas, blocking almost all (or is it all?) health requirement bills for abortion mills, precisely because they mention abortion mills and don't cover all hospitals (maybe all hospitals don't murder their patients?).

As much as the Bishops don't want too, I think they need to start excommunicating thse high profile political abortionists otherwise Catholics will continue to see abortion as just another issue among many.

First things first, she has to show her popular dissent publicly for Humanae Vitae by becoming a walking condom and contraceptive distributor. This will pull the other HV, yet self-proclaimed pro-life, dissenting Catholics into her corner. Then she'll drop the abortion bomb.
There'll be more than fishbowls filled with condoms on her desk to greet bishops. She'll use them as brooches and hairties.
