Gravatar The statistics would not seem so rosy to me as they do to the good Bishop. The "good" statistics indicate that couples seem to embrace the unitive aspect of marriage (but are they contracepting?), however, how many of those couples are embracing the "crowning glory" of marriage (procreation)?

Gravatar Wow. A whole 3 percent! I can see why they would want to go to this juggernaut first!

Gravatar 88% when asked, what religion answer catholic. But the real Q is one of activity. Many simply need a pretty setting for the expensive wedding photo's/DVD.
Why the church of Ireland, because they tend to vote as a block, and with an election is as narrow as this one. That 3% will be a much larger % of the vote cast. How much larger will depend on how many of the 88% don't vote.
