Someone told me JPII could bilocate. Anyone heard that one?

No, that would have taken Level 6 Sainthood.
(Just kidding)

I heard he could turn regular ol' bread and wine into the Body and Blood of Christ.
No, really, I swear.

Actually, I think you've got it wrong with the "levels."
It's actually Full Sainthood, Half Sainthood, Quarter Sainthood, Eighth Sainthood, Sixteenth Sainthood . . . and so on, and so on, and so on.
Kinda reassuring, though, that if you never make Full Sainthood, one might at least have a shot at Quarter Sainthood. . .

JP II started as a lvl 1 saint, but he also had a Mitre of Papacy +15 and a Shepherd's Staff of Globetrotting that gave him +25 SHPs (Sainthood hit points). He climbed to lvl 5 so fast, because he was always questing to foreign lands and leveling up against strong opponents like Communism and Liberation Theology.
Jesus started at level 10 because he rolled a natural 20 on every stat (and his dad is the GameMaster).

"he rolled a natural 20 on every stat"
And on saving throws, too. That's why Jesus always saves!
But back in the old days, he did roll up
a pretty average Comeliness. Nothing to make us look at him, and all that.

Well, John Paul has been called the Incredible Pope, man!

I think he was a saintly man and hope he is canonized. I believe I have personally received many graces from him.
At the same time, I do not call him "the Great" - I do not believe his pontificate was that good.

On behalf of Jackson, it probably does take at least twenty years or more to help determine "greatness". Still, whether Great or not, John Paul II has got to be up there with the best!

"he rolled a natural 20 on every stat"
Geek check: IIRC, stats are determined by rolling 3d6, meaning he could only natch 18.
